eBay is fully live — sales, fees, postage, refunds and payouts post to FreeAgent every night. Amazon posts to FreeAgent nightly too, for accounts we've enabled during early access. Etsy can be connected and set up now, but automated posting isn't switched on for it yet; you'll be told the moment it is, with no reconnect needed. Shopify is on the roadmap. Every channel you connect is covered by the one account at no extra cost.
No. You connect each sales channel and FreeAgent through their official OAuth flows, so we never see or store your passwords. Our access is read-only — we never sell, list, or message on your account.
No. Every transaction carries a unique ID, so re-running a sync never creates a double entry — even when date ranges overlap between runs.
Yes. TransactionMerge detects your eBay account type and handles payouts correctly for both business and personal sellers.
Yes. If you're VAT registered, VAT is broken out per invoice line on every channel. On eBay you can also set a rate per listing, so each sale is recorded with the correct treatment; Amazon and Etsy sales use the default rate you choose for that channel.
Yes, you'll need a FreeAgent account to sync into. FreeAgent is included free with Mettle, NatWest Business and Royal Bank of Scotland business accounts, so it may already be free for you.
